Sierra students have a class once a week called ILab. This class allows students to find a problem that they have in everyday life and fix it. This class period was encouraged by 20% time where companies such as google create something to solve a problem during 1/5 of their week.

This class is on Thursdays for a an hour and 30 minutes. All students are required to do this class each week unless they are excused.

Student Angelo Tafoya said that he does not like ILab because he doesn’t know his project idea.

You also will pick a problem to solve they need to create a program or invent something to fix it. Along with this student also need to follow a 19 page progress log to help students.
