As you all know breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You might like cereal for breakfast, avocado toast or bacon and eggs for breakfast. Hate to tell you this but you should eat healthy breakfast because it gives you good vitamins and you would be healthy instead of unhealthy.

Breakfast is very important and good for you. You would need those vitamins to get through the day and be all energized. You can get better memory and concentration and lower levels of getting in trouble. Why is that because the vitamins affect the things you do. Like for gym you would be more energized if you get the vitamin in you.

Smoothies are good for breakfast because you have the fruit that has the vitamin. I would recommend  berry and yogurt smoothie. Toast is also good for you like avocado toast with egg is very healthy to eat. Just because of eating healthy there’s lower chances of getting diabetes, heart disease and being overweight.

Eating healthy is very good for you and important to eat and be energized all day. You should always eat healthy and stay focused. Get vitamins to get even healthier
