Some foods are very healthy while still being delicious, here is a list of 5 foods that taste good  while still be good for you. 

Greek Yogurt-

Greek yogurt has twice the amount of protein as regular yogurt while still tasting the same or similar.

Eggs-

Eggs can also be very tasty, they are full of protein and can make a good snack, breakfast and, dinner. Hard boiled eggs are a great snack with only 100 calories.

Cheese-

With cheese you can eat things like cheese sticks which are high in calcium and protein, if you choose to eat cheese try to eat low fat cheeses or more strong flavors to satisfy you with a small piece.

Chips and Salsa-

In tortilla chips the corn in the chips is high in fiber and vitamin B6, according to “Whfoods”. Salsa has tomato, onion, and peppers, tomatoes are a good source of vitamin C.

Granola-

The average cup of granola is 600 calories and has fiber and protein in it however, for it to be sweet it needs sugar and that can compromise some of the other benefits, according to healthyeating.com.

In conclusion, there are many foods that are healthy and tasty at the same time. Hopefully you can use this list to eat healthier and still be happy.
