A fall production of Macbeth: A Kids Cautionary Tale was put on by Sierra Students last Thursday and Friday, November 1st and 2nd.

The play, written by Nancy Linehan Charles, was a story “concerning greed, power, mayhem, and other current events,”.  The drama program began working on the show starting near the end of September, up until the end of October.

“It was a funny production with a good cast and director. I had a lot of fun working on it,” said cast member Audrey Lawrence.

The show was close to thirty minutes long with non stop entertainment. The characters included Macbeth, Lady Macbeth, Banquo, Macduff, King Duncan, and many other different characters.

“It was a very fun and interesting experience to work on a version of the classic Macbeth, especially surrounded by so many talented actors,” said Jacob Billings, who played the role of Macbeth.
