One large cucumber
Turkey or other desired meat
Get out all of the ingredients including a paring knife, cutting board, and plate.
Chop the cucumber into one-inch slices and scoop out the inside cucumber with a small spoon leaving about ¾ or ½ a centimeter left at the bottom to form a bowl-like shape.
Then Julianne cut the carrots and cheese using a paring knife. Put the slices into the cucumber vertically while leaving some room for the turkey.
Take your turkey slices and cut them into long strips that have about a centimeter or half an inch width. Roll them up tightly and place them into the cucumber. And Enjoy!
