Boston Brezoff, Staff

Ingredients you will need:

2 Cups Of Flour

2 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder

1/4 Teaspoon Salt

2 1/2 Tablespoons White Sugar

1 1/2 Cups Of Milk (2% Or Whole)

2 Eggs

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Items You Will Need:

A rice cooker

A large mixing bowl

A silicone spatula

Measuring spoons

A measuring cup

Mixing whisk or fork

Cooking spray

How To Make:

Combine dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, and salt) in your large mixing bowl, and stir to combine.

Next, measure out and combine the wet ingredients (milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract) and mix until combined.

Mix The Batter:

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring while pouring. Mix until fully combined, and only small lumps are left in the batter.

Pour The Batter:

Remove the inner pot of your rice cooker and spray it with cooking spray. Spray the bottom of the pot and around 2 inches up the sides. Slowly pour the batter into the pot, scooping the left over batter in.

Cook The Giant Pancakes:

Cook the pancakes for about 45 minutes. Get a toothpick and poke the middle after it is done cooking. If the toothpick comes out dry, your pancakes are ready to eat, if it comes out wet, cook for extra time, and repeat the process until toothpick comes out dry.

Remove The Pancake From The Rice Cooker:

Once your pancake is done cooking, let the hot air vent out for 5 minutes. Then, find a plate that you can fit your pancake on. Take the inner pot out (With The Pancake In) and put the plate upside down on the pot. Now, flip the pot and your pancake should come out smoothly.
